On a Sunday in Nairobi National Park...

On our last Sunday in Nairobi, some of us took the chance for a tour through Nairobi National Park.
Nairobi is the only capital in the world with a Safari park in its city limits!
Even though the weather was cloudy, all animals were in place and waiting for us, including two lionesses with a cub, a baby rhino with its parents and a very strange animal..an iguana?

And - lots of giraffes, who waited patiently for us and were doing what they always do... just wait and see...

Sonntagsausflug in den Nairobi National Park
An unserem letzten Sonntag in Nairobi waren wir mit einer kleinen Gruppe im Nairobi National Park.
Nairobi ist die einzige Hauptstadt auf der Welt, die einen Safari Park direkt im Stadtgebiet hat... sehr praktisch!
Auch wenn das Wetter sehr bedeckt war - die Tiere waren alle da, sogar Löwinnen mit einem Jungen und ein Nashorn-Kind mit Eltern.
Für mich waren natürlich besonders die Giraffen gebucht, von denen es sehr viele gab, und die haben auch alle brav stillgehalten fürs Fotografieren...
