The funny thing is that the doctor asked me if I plan to engage in any sexual activities while in Kenya. I totally didn't expect the question and I was like: "Uh, I just had a baby, so No". He then told me about attending a doctors conference recently in Africa and he couldn't believe how many leading medical professionals from Europe were purchasing the services of other types of 'professionals'.
