Unfortunately, I don't know bird type, but I reckon it isn't one to be messed with given its predatory beak!
Don't mess with hyenas....they drive lions away and take more than 60% of a lion's kill.

The colourful birds are the lilac breasted rollers (Coracias caudatus caudatus, German Gabelracke). A spectacular coloured bird known in several african countries.
