Meet my new friend Dennis from Nairobi

Our team feels very lucky that a new aspect to the CSC assignment in Kenya this year is that each of us will be paired with a local IBMer. Today I had the pleasure of having a Skype conversation with Dennis, my first friend in Kenya.

He recently completed university and joined IBM eight months ago. Currently, he is working as a Business Operations Professional in HR and would eventually like to work in technology services. I already learned a few great tips about Nairobi and I really look forward to meeting Dennis in person. He loves to sing, listen to classical music, and do fun activities outdoors.

When I asked him about safaris in Kenya, Dennis' response made me laugh out loud:

"When you have been in Nairobi for as long as I have, everyday is a safari!"

I can't wait for my month-long safari adventure to begin, it's just 17 days away!
